Botulinum toxin

Botulinum toxin, commonly known as Botox, is a popular aesthetic treatment for reducing wrinkles and fine lines, creating a youthful, refreshed appearance. It works by temporarily relaxing facial muscles that cause expression lines like frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead wrinkles, preventing new wrinkles while softening existing ones.

Dermal fillers

Dermal fillers are a cornerstone of aesthetic treatments, widely used for their ability to rejuvenate and enhance facial features non-surgically. These injectable treatments are designed to restore lost volume, smooth out wrinkles, and refine facial contours, helping clients achieve a more youthful and balanced appearance.

Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides are a type of biocompatible and naturally occurring molecules used in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments to rejuvenate and repair the skin. Composed of long chains of nucleotides, which are the building blocks of DNA and RNA, polynucleotides work by stimulating the skin's natural healing processes.

skin boosters

Skin boosters are innovative, injectable treatments designed to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate the skin from within. Unlike traditional fillers that add volume, skin boosters work by delivering hyaluronic acid—a naturally occurring substance in the body that retains moisture—directly into the skin. This boosts hydration levels, enhances skin elasticity, and improves overall skin texture.

Skin boosters are ideal for individuals looking to achieve a radiant, glowing complexion. They can reduce fine lines, smooth rough skin, and restore a youthful, dewy appearance. These treatments are versatile and can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, and hands, addressing areas that often show early signs of aging.

Testimonials

I had an incredible experience with Ellie. After turning 40 I knew I wanted something but wasn’t sure what treatment. After an in depth consultation with Ellie we decided to treat my cheeks and jowls. From the moment I walked in, Ellie made me feel completely at ease, answering all my questions and walking me through the process in detail. Her expertise and gentle approach made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. The results are fantastic – subtle, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I feel refreshed and more confident and still feel like me. I couldn’t be happier and will absolutely trust her with future treatments.

I’ve been getting anti-wrinkle injections for years and no one else has given me options on how I would like my treatment to look in a way Ellie has, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are soft injectable gels used in facial aesthetic treatments, applied directly into the skin. These fillers are made from hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance in the body. Their purpose is to smooth unwanted wrinkles, enhance facial contours, add volume, and rejuvenate the skin. While they offer long-lasting results, they are not permanent.

What filler brands do you use?

We use Teoxane.
Other brands are available upon request.

Does botox hurt?

Most clients report little to no discomfort during the injection procedure, no more than a small pinch. We do offer topical numbing if you are anxious about the discomfort factor.

How long does botulinum toxin take to work?

The full effect of the treatment does not show immediately, but you don’t have to wait long for the results. For some people results begin to show within Within 5– 7. After 2 weeks the result is optimal.

How long does botulinum toxin last?

You will be able to enjoy the effects of an botulinum toxin treatment for up to three to four months. The duration of the effect varies with a person’s rate of bio-degradation.

How long will my filler last?

Again, this is entirely case-specific. It will always depend on what product you purchase and the area you are treating, as well as how quick your metabolism is. As a general rule, fillers last between 24 months. When you are treated, we can give you an estimate of how long your specific filler might last.

Does filler hurt?

Depending on your individual pain tolerance, and where you’re using the filler, discomfort levels vary. We use a medical strength topical numbing agent to make all filler injections as comfortable as possible. Most people report little more than mild discomfort.

Will I be swollen or bruised from filler?

Bruising and swelling are definite possibilities with any filler. We provide pre and post care instructions to you to minimise your chances of bruising as best we can. Any swelling or bruising that does occur will normally resolve itself in one to two weeks. We encourage you to follow up with us if you have any concerns.

Is botulinum toxin safe?

Yes, botulinum toxin is an FDA approved treatment for reversing lines and wrinkles. However, patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain neurological diseases should not receive Botox treatments.
